What we sell

An illustrated guide to small home repairs for homeowners and renters, delivered as downloadable PDF files. Nothing is shipped physically.

This is a guide, not a course and not a license. It does not replace a licensed electrician, plumber or gas technician. Local building codes, permits and the manufacturer's directions always come first.

Your purchase

One payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
The download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes.
If a title is sold before it is finished, you receive it in the same folder as soon as it is ready, at no extra cost.

What you may and may not do with the files

You may read the files on your own devices and print them as often as you want for your own use. You may not resell them, share them publicly, upload them to file-sharing sites or distribute them to third parties.

Liability

We take care that the content is accurate. Even so, every home is different: turn off the power or the water before you start, test before you touch, and call a licensed professional when the guide says so or when you are unsure. You are responsible for the work you do in your home. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what you paid.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
